The Restoration of St Dyfnog's Well
What we did:
Filming, Aerial Filming, Editing
St Dyfnog’s Well lies deep within a picturesque woodland next to Llanrhaeadr yng Nghinmeirch Church. The well became a place of pilgrimage during the middle ages after becoming known for its healing powers and is still a popular site with bathers today.
Over the last few years volunteers at Llanrhaeadr YC Preservation Society have been restoring the site. Repairing the three 16th century bridges and building a path to make the well more accessible.
As the restoration project was coming to an end we were asked to produce a film that would recap the work that had been done and the involvement of volunteers and the local community. The film has been produced bilingually.
